Because of the nature of hosiery products, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn or tried on. However if you receive a faulty item please send it back within 14 days, unopened and in it's original condition. You can either change it for something else or we will refund your payment.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. However, if the item is faulty, please inform us and we will act accordingly. Please follow these simple instructions to return an item:
1) Pack the item securely and describe the problem of the item or reason for your return. Please quote your Order Reference number and contact information.
2) Send your returns to:

3) After we have received your return, we will contact you via telephone or email to keep you informed.
4) If you have requested a refund, we will update your Order Status and will notify you by email when we have completed the refund. You will be credited through the same payment information you originally used when purchasing your order.
