At Pamela Mann, the quality of our products is a key company goal for us. In order to provide our customers with the highest quality products, we have a long detailed quality control process that ensures every item is tested and analysed to provide ultimate satisfaction.

1. Fabric quality control.

98% of our customers are continuously amazed by the comfortable feel of our products. This is because we work extremely hard to achieve a fantastic finish on every item. Every product is thoroughly tested in the UK’s most prestigious testing facilities, to ensure that only the best products hit the market.

2. Fit quality control

As we are continually striving to increase our plus size collection, it is extremely important for us to provide products that fit all shapes and sizes. We understand that each body is different and we are always searching for new and improved products to guarantee ultimate comfort and fit.

3. Wearability

We undertake tests for every product to ensure that the luxurious feel remains each time the item is worn. All of our hosiery is hand wash only. 

4.  Dissatisfaction

Here at Pamela Mann, we are very proud to have an incredibly low returns process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please return it to our head office in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. Your product will be analysed and comments will be sent to our quality control team.  You will then be issued with a refund or replacement.
